Chief Executive Officer, SLS Energy

Leandre is a co-founder of SLS Energy, a battery repurposing company currently operating in Kigali, Rwanda. He previously worked in the electric mobility and battery industries as a consulting battery engineer at STIMA Boda and a research intern at Hitachi Central Research Laboratory. His work focused on battery degradation models, and electric vehicle fleet sizing and operation optimization.

Leandre holds an MSc degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University Africa.
