Strategic Planning Director, Rwanda Energy Group

Claver is the Strategic Planning Director at the Rwanda Energy Group (REG). Prior to this position, Claver was the Director Planning for the Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL). He has had training and exposure in energy trade, management, power systems planning, and project management with adequate leadership.

Claver has a post-graduate diploma in PMI Project Management Principles from Maastricht School of Management in partnership with Rwanda Institute of Administration and Management (RIAM), a master’s degree in Business Administration in the field of Management from Adventist University of Central Africa (AUCA), and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST, now the University of Rwanda, College of Science and Technology).
